Shipping policy

We offer the following shipping methods:

Domestic:

UPS Ground (allow for 1-2 days processing): Cost calculated by weight and carrier.

USPS (allow for 1-2 days processing):  Cost calculated by weight and carrier.

FedEx(allow for 1-2 days processing): Cost calculated by weight and carrier.

DHL Express (allow for 1-2 days processing): Cost calculated by weight and carrier.

Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable. Please also note that UPS cannot ship to a PO Box. AECIUSA-shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or items not received due to issues in transit.

International:

International Shipping costs are calculated at checkout along with taxes and duties for your respective country. For International shipments please contact us at support@aeciusa-shop.com or lheckman@aeciusa.com. Your order will be shipped DDP, Delivery Duty Paid, and you will not owe anything additionally upon delivery. International orders will arrive within 1-2 weeks from order date. AECIUSA-shop is not responsible for any delays due to customs.
